该评论来自搬运）Coach Shane听写课程正确打开方式： 1. 前面几十个视频（因为坚持到后面的很少），弹幕负能量和没用的话太多，建议关闭食用，但是遇到你不知道的单词的时候可以打开，因为可能有人会告诉你什么意思。注意，听听力的时候一定不要打开，因为无非就是两种弹幕，“好难啊”，“好容易啊这个”要么就是说自己哪里哪里没听清或者泄题的，对你没有任何帮助。 2. 不要急着听完，根据个人能力，一天听2～10篇比较合适，反复听，直到你可以不用思考，不费力的完全听懂为止。有人可能会说2篇太少，其实对于基础不好的人来说，听得越多越乱，我们应该注重质量，然后才是数量，数量可以用时间堆上去，而质量却需要你反反复复去听才能有实质性的提高。 3. 遇到不会的单词，又没人告诉你的时候，你一定要去查，不仅是听力中的单词，老师说的，介绍时屏幕出现的，有关的单词都要去查，不然遇到一次不会，两次又不会，学习效率会很差。 4. 第二天开始的时候，要把昨天的先听一遍，先不要急着赶进度，把学过的牢牢掌握好，不要到后面总感觉在哪里听过，又想不起来，这样“赶”的学习方式效果反而不好。 5. 最后，有很多都是为了考试来学的，说实话，你这个能听懂，什么四六级一点问题都没有（雅思，托福没考过不知道），你要说合适不合适，那因人而异，如果你只是想要考试过关，不是很想把英语学得非常好的话，其实没必要来听这么难的，在家多刷刷题，听老师的抓抓关键词，四六级听力可以考得不错的（如果你是基础太差，词汇量一两千，没有一点学习英语激情的人，那当我没说）如果你是想把英语学好学精的，那么这套视频很适合你，前提是你要保质保量的坚持下去（这套视频不止240集，后面还有很多……坚持学完这些效果应该也不错）
