mount --target /mountpoint

 The  mount program does not read the /etc/fstab file if both device (or LABEL, UUID, ID, PARTUUID or PARTLABEL) and dir are specified.  For example, to mount de‐
       vice foo at /dir:

              mount /dev/foo /dir
